Delivery & Return
I. CHOIX DU MODE DE LIVRAISON
When you place your order, you will have the choice between a Colissimo delivery, or a delivery in a relay point. Don't worry, in case of absence during the delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox. We propose deliveries in Austria, Belgium, Espagne (excluding spanish islands),France (metropolitan), Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding portuguese islands)
Please count on a delivery time of about 4 to 8 working days, on average.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of each order, and are specified to you each time.

II. TRACKING MY ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.
You will also be able to follow the progress of your order via your personal interface on our website.
III. RETURNING AN ITEM
An item does not suit you?
You have changed your mind?
You have 14 days to return it.
Contact our customer service by sending us an email to contact@editionsvetiver.com, you will then be guided through the procedure.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the package, provided that the product is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging.
IV. HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
We do not offer standard exchanges, so if you wish to exchange a product you will need to return it to us and then order a new one from our e-shop.
V. MY PACKAGE IS LOST

VI. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER
Unfortunately, if your package is returned to our warehouse, we will not be able to reship it. You will then be automatically refunded within 10 working days.
VII. GIFT CARDS When you offer a gift card, please note that the card cannot be returned or exchanged. The recipient of the card can only spend it in our online shop.

VIII. RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend that you check the condition of your package upon delivery. If it seems damaged, ask the delivery person to stay and check the contents. Please note that you will also have the possibility to refuse the package, which will engage the responsibility of the carrier and we will be able to manage the further steps with him.
We will do our best to reship the same product (subject to availability) as soon as possible.
