What should I do if a product is unavailable?
If the product you want is no longer in stock in our e-shop, you can call us or send us an email on email@example.com, specifying the subject of your request. We will do our best to give you details of future availability!
How long will delivery take?
If the items ordered are in stock, please allow 1 to 3 working days for order preparation. As soon as the order is ready, it will be sent to you, then count on the standard delivery time of La Poste (2 to 4 working days). If, for any reason, the usual delivery time cannot be met, our teams will inform you very quickly.
Can I pick up my e-shop order in Bordeaux?
Of course you can! When you finalise your purchase you will have the choice between several delivery options. Select "Pick up at the showroom". Then come to 151 rue Bouthier in Bordeaux!
I live abroad, can I place an order via your e-shop?
For the moment we offer the possibility of delivery abroad for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding islands), and Spain (excluding islands). I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 06.73.26.59.80 or on email@example.com, if your package is not already prepared we will do our best to modify the address. If not, we will unfortunately not be able to do anything.
Do you offer gift cards?
That's right! You can offer a gift card by going to the tab of the same name in the Menu, or by typing "Gift card" in the search bar. Choose the desired amount, validate your order, and hop! That's it!
How do you deliver furniture?
Our transporter will contact you when your order is dispatched to determine a delivery date. The package will be delivered to you at the door of your building or at your doorstep for houses. It is very important to note that you must check that your order is complete and in perfect condition BEFORE the delivery person leaves and before signing the delivery note. If this is not the case, and without notification of damage on the delivery note, we will not be able to take charge of the after-sales service.
Where do your products come from?
Our ranges are thought and designed between Bordeaux and Marrakech, and produced entirely in Marrakech, by our craftsmen, each specialised in his own field. We do our best to use local materials, without compromising on quality, which is essential to us. Our values and ethics place the final product and the craftsmen at the same level of importance. We invite you to discover the tab "Our workshops" via the Menu of our website, everything is explained there! Some of our products do not come from our workshops, but are selected with great care in Morocco and always made by craftsmen. This is the case for our carpets.
Are you preparing a new collection?
Our collections arrive gradually on our e-shop, so come visit us from time to time! As far as new collections are concerned, they are designed and decided according to the desires of Pauline, the designer, and her ideas. We would love to be able to launch mini-collections according to the seasons, with new colour variations for example.
Can I customise a product?
This option is not available online. However, if you would like a custom length curtain for example, please contact our customer service department who will study your request and its feasibility and give you a quotation. You can also customise our furniture!
How do I take care of my products?
You can find all our maintenance tips via the "Care tips" tab in the menu. Carpet, Keria, velvet... Each material has its own particularity. Our experience has allowed us over the years to find the best products and techniques to preserve the pieces dear to your heart.
Is it possible to receive samples?
For the moment it is unfortunately not possible to send you samples of our collections. Please come and see us in our shop in Bordeaux or Marrakech, and if you are far away, we will do our best to send you faithful pictures of the product.
